Welcome to the newest school in the Shawnee Mission School District. After three years of planning, we are thrilled to see our vision become reality. The driving force behind the staff of Sherman Dale is 'kid power'. We feel that children are capable of competing academically, both nationally and internationally, with their peer groups. We also believe that all children need the 'people skills' to thrive peacefully and productively in a world that is ever-shrinking. Academics on a foundation of ethics remains our focus.
